A vision model built on MobileNetV3-Small that looks at a photo of an animal and sorts it into protected, rare or common — made for the field: wildlife, sanctuaries and anything that needs a fast answer on a cheap device. If the model says the animal is rare, or if it simply isn't confident in its own prediction, the image gets flagged for human review instead of being trusted blind, so uncertain calls never slip through unnoticed. Trained small and fast on purpose: it runs on-device, offline, where there's no cloud to lean on.
